- Shipping Favor Divas ships to the 50 United States. At this time we do not ship to Canada, US territories or internationally, but will be updating our services in the near future. If you live in another country but would like to send an item to a U.S. address, we will be able to accommodate your order as long as you use a U.S. credit card. We use United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground and US Postal (USPS). Your cart will display your shipping fee before checkout.

If your order total is equal to or greater than $150.00 and the shipping address is within the 48 contiguous United States, you quality for our free shipping offer. No gimmicks, no coupons to enter. Your order will be shipped by UPS or USPS ground at no charge. We regret that Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are excluded from this free ground shipping promotion. Normal processing time will apply. Rush orders are not included in this promotion. Phone and faxed orders are not eligible for this promotion.

Returning items bought with free shipping
RMA numbers must be requested within 10 days of receipt of your order. Item(s) returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Returned merchandise must be in reusable condition. Authorized returns must be received by Favor Divas within 15 business days after you receive your RMA number. Expired RMA returns will be refused on delivery and returned to sender.
For security reason, please return your item with an insured courier (FedEX, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Favor Divas is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
There are no returns on customized and personalized items. Errors on personalized items (misspelled, obvious wrong color, i.e., red instead of white) that were made by Favor Divas will be replaced at no charge including shipping costs. For health reasons, edible items are not returnable or refundable. .
